Our services center on coaching, including delivering external coaching and training leaders with coaching skills. Hudson is perhaps best known for our executive coach education, which attracts accomplished professionals from around the world. We have over 3,000 executive coaches in our graduate community.
Responsibilities
We’re hiring a Director of Program Design and Delivery to lead the evolution of our coaching-based leadership development solutions. This is a strategic and hands-on role that sits at the intersection of solution design, instructional strategy, and executive-level advisory. You’ll partner closely with HR and talent leaders at major organizations to align transformational coaching programs with business priorities. Reporting to our VP of Client Success, and working in close partnership with our co-founder and Chief Knowledge Officer, Dr. Pam McLean, you’ll help evolve our intellectual property and scale our impact.
Client Solutions & Strategy
- Collaborate with business development to scope and shape solutions for enterprise clients
- Participate in senior-level client conversations, translating leadership and talent needs into high-impact coaching strategies, at times facilitating discovery and design sessions
- Build relationships with and act as a strategic advisor to clients—connecting their business objectives to our methodology and offerings
- Develop compelling proposals, solution architectures, and delivery plans that resonate with executive stakeholders
Product Architecture & Design
- Partner with the Chief Knowledge Officer to architect and iterate on our core offerings, including manager-as-coach programs and external coaching engagements
- Own the evolution of our program portfolio—ensuring consistency, innovation, and alignment to client needs across both corporate and certification offerings
- Identify market trends and client patterns to inform our broader product strategy
- Maintain intellectual property integrity while evolving our approach to meet emerging needs with a fresh perspective
Experience Design
- Lead the instructional design of our programs, integrating best-in-class adult learning practices
- Develop engaging, scalable learning experiences—including workshops, exercises, and coaching toolkits
- Train and support our facilitator network with clear program delivery frameworks and feedback mechanisms
- Build repeatable assets to support quality, consistency, and scale across clients and programs
Measurement & Impact
- Own our approach to measurement and evaluation, defining success metrics and impact frameworks
- Partner with clients to align coaching interventions with business KPIs
- Deliver clear, data-backed reporting that articulates ROI and behavior change
- Refine assessment approaches to ensure both rigor and relevance in a corporate setting
Qualifications
Experience & Expertise
- 12+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational transformation, learning design, and coaching—ideally including time in a top-tier consulting or professional services environment
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership programs or coaching solutions at scale
- Track record of working with senior leaders and translating complex business goals into talent strategies
- Experience in large, matrixed organizations or navigating complex client systems preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in organizational psychology, business, or related field preferred
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, and executive presence
