Title: Sales & Marketing Associate
Hire: Full-time
Salary: $75,000-$85,000

We are looking to employ a passionate and detail-oriented sales and marketing coordinator to develop and support our sales team’s network developing initiatives, and to increase the organization’s brand awareness through thought leadership content marketing efforts.
This role’s core work will center around foundational marketing efforts for the organization, and in doing so will report directly to the VP of Operations & Marketing. The role will also require deep partnerships with each of our sales team members, supporting their day-to-day efforts in developing existing client relationships and outreach to prospective clients.
Ultimately, a top-performing sales and marketing coordinator should demonstrate exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills at all times. This role has the potential to develop in either a Sales role or a Marketing career path, depending on the interests and performance of the individual.
Role Responsibilities
Marketing
- Webinar coordination and execution
- Social media management and engagement
- Supports sales team members in creating and managing event-based marketing initiatives (e.g. thought leadership roundtables)
- Email marketing
- Content calendar planning and execution
- Logistic coordination of speaking engagements and industry events
- Project management of freelance resources
Sales Enablement
- Drive prospecting efforts by organizing and proactively outreaching to currently underserved audiences (active database, conferences, webinar participants) in imaginative, timely and personalized ways.
- Identify and organize Hudson Certified Coaches who could be beneficial to our corporate business development efforts and drive visibility and outreach in collaboration with our Client Partners
- Connect marketing content and events to prospecting strategy by owning communication around “what’s important” and drafting a steady stream of short messages that Client Partners can incorporate into their outreach.
- Support Client Partners administratively to ensure sales talent spends more time on selling and less time on sales process such as drafting RFP responses from past versions, project management of formal client proposals and presentations and drafting and filing SOWs)
- Ensure each prospecting initiative is carefully tracked through Hubspot (our CRM) and work on data hygiene particularly for clients and prospects that are most important to our business development efforts
- Ultimately, the success of this candidate will be in their ability to set up first or second meetings with target buyers for our Client Partners to increase sales activity on a monthly basis.
Professional Experience Required
- 3+ years of marketing and/or sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Work experience must demonstrate excellent organization and project management skills with high attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM platforms; HubSpot a plus
- Experience with Linkedin
- Proficiency in Google Suite a plus
- Passion for leadership development and/or coaching
- Ability to perform in client-facing interactions in support of our client partnerships
- Innate sales energy to succeed and drive results in an entrepreneurial environment where there is very little sales process in place
- Thrives on identifying and leveraging networks to create meaningful intersections for business development, securing meetings through both human connections and content-driven engagement
