CURRICULUM OVERVIEW

As in any field of study it takes experience, practice and continued learning to hone one’s skills and achieve a level of mastery that is rewarding for the coach and in turn satisfying for their clients. Our Master Coach Program is for Certified Hudson Institute Coaches (CHICoaches) with at least three to five years of active coaching experience and a readiness to invest the time and energy in their own personal development as coach.

What Coaches Say About our Master Coach Program:

“The overall MCP experience was powerful and meaningful for me. It was an integrative experience that allowed me to 1) pause, refresh and re-articulate for myself where I am now in my personal development and 2) through the elegant ‘coach as self’ lens explore how current “me” can show up in new, more masterful ways for my clients. It was a very opening and energizing experience.” “I experienced the program as a wonderful alchemy. Science, art and and magic made possible by a well-designed program, a generous and committed community of learners and peers, Pam and Sandy as authentic teachers/leaders/role models, safe space to experience and experiment.” — MCP Grad, 2016

“The Hudson Master Program exceeded my very high expectations. I have always experienced the learning and community at Hudson to be beyond compare in terms of learning in all its forms and welcoming of the uniqueness of each coach and each coaching relationship. The models and the focus on self as coach as key foundations to coaching mastery have proven to be helpful to me in every coaching partnership from the very beginning. In the MCP, the other participants were open, vulnerable, wise, caring, empathetic, insightful, fun and just all around amazing people. I found deep connections and the ability to explore where I am as a coach and as a human being and where I want to be. It seems the more I learn, the more I want to learn! Deciding to be part of this program was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time!” — Rebecca Glenn TOP Coaching and Consulting
