As in any field of study it takes experience, practice and continued learning to hone one’s skills and achieve a level of mastery that is rewarding for the coach and in turn satisfying for their clients. Our Master Coach Program is for Certified Hudson Institute Coaches (CHICoaches) with at least three to five years of active coaching experience and a readiness to invest the time and energy in their own personal development as coach.

Our Master Coach Program focuses on deepening the coaching skill set of experienced coaches working with leaders at all levels. Through an integrated approach that includes didactic modules reviewing new and foundational concepts, real-time practice, assessment work, reflective practices and robust individual development plan, in our Master Coach Program you will:

What Coaches Say About our Master Coach Program:

“The Master Coach Program, for me, was an excellent transition from a career in corporate America, where I had been doing coaching and working with leaders in a corporate environment, to really, truly transition over into a full-time practice… Also the coaching you receive as a coach with your peers, but also with the leaders in the program, is second to none.” – Mark Uhlenberg
